Overview

The mastering suite was designed by super designer Martin Pilchner and is considered to be one of the most acoustically precise rooms in the world. The results of specialized electro-acoustic testing support this claim by measuring all frequencies and certifying that every aspect of the sonic spectrum has been accounted for. The mastering suite is a clean sonic canvas, completely neutral – a feature you have to hear to believe. Add to that some of the finest pieces of audio equipment ( see our equipment page) and throw in decades of experience. it makes for some pretty great sounding masters.

Down the hall our "B" suite facilitates the creation of all media (parts) required. There we run off final masters and copies of mastered material for our clients to review and submit for final manufacturing. This room also boasts a protools HD rig and numerous classic pieces from Urei, Manley, Universal Audio, Emperical Labs, Telefunken, Neuman, Great River. Etc and the original JVC boombox for some "real listening". Some fine records and bands have recorded in our “B” suite AKA (East End Tricksters). Some artists that have recorded here are Colin Linden, John Hiatt, Roxanne Potvin, Pilate, These Electric Lives, The Melligrove Band, By Divine Right, Gregory Hoskins to mention a few.
